Free Shipping in Colombia. Delivery takes from 2 to 4 work days in Bogota, 10 work days outside the capital.
Shipping process starts after purchase confirmation.
* Payments made with credit card or debit/PSE can take up to three days for confirmation.
We deliver to Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Chile and Panama.

Return Policy
- We gladly accept returns requests within 14 days of receipt
- The items must be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached and intact and the original packaging included
- The items must be included in an undamaged shipping box, preferably the one in which the order was received
- The items must be returned from the same country where the order was delivered
- Unfortunately, items that are on sale do not qualify for changes or refunds.
